Regular Taxis |

Starting at 1,600 won for the first 2 kilometers, and 100
won for each additional 168 meters or 41 seconds, fares are
calculated by distance and time. There is a 20% extra charge
between midnight and 4:00 pm.
Taxis are commonly shared. Drivers might stop for additional
passengers, but the fares will be separately charged. If a
taxi stops and there is another passenger inside, be aware
of checking the metered fare to deduct the amount when paying.

Deluxe (Mobum) Taxis |

Deluxe taxis, called 'mobom' taxis in Korean,
are black with yellow sign on the top and the words 'Deluxe
Taxi' witten on the side. They offer a higher standard of service.
The fare is 4,000 won for the first 3km and 200 won for each
additional 205m or 50 seconds of in case of below 15km per hour.
There is no late-night surcharge.

conveniently from wherever you are. Also, you can make a reservation
on the phone for a ride anywhere, at any time. |
